Due to the virus, some of us are working from home so emails & phone calls may take a little longer to return. Please rest assured, we are still delivering beautiful babyboxes as usual.
ARE THE PRICES IN AUSTRALIAN DOLLARS?
Yes, all the prices on our site are in Australian Dollars
HOW QUICKLY WILL MY BABYBOX BE DELIVERED?
We make every effort to ensure your baby gift is delivered pronto! Please click here for our delivery details page.
CAN I USE MY AMEX CARD?
Yes we accept Amex payments.
WHAT SIZE IS THE BABY CLOTHING?
All our baby clothing is size 000 - which is newborn age to 3 or 4 months. If you require bigger size clothing, we do stock most items in size 0 - please type "size 0" in the comments section of your order.
DO YOU DELIVER OVERSEAS?
Yes - when you enter your overseas delivery address the cost will be calculated for worldwide delivery of your babybox.
DO YOU SELL YOUR BABYBOXES IN A RETAIL SHOP?
Yes, our warehouse is now open to the public on Fridays 9.30am -2.30pm - 7b Hickson St, Botany, NSW, 2019 - 1300881419
CAN I ORDER INDIVIDUAL ITEMS?
Yes, you can order individual items from our add to your gift page these items can be bought on their own and posted out to you with delivery only $3.95. You also have the option to add individual items to a set baby gift box.
TERMS & CONDITIONS
1. Incorrect Address
An extra delivery charge will be applied if an incorrect delivery address is provided or mum has left hospital.
Babybox orders can be cancelled up to point of dispatch, but not after the babybox is already in transit.
3. Returns & Refunds
At Babyboxes, we strive to ensure every baby box is made to the highest standard & contain quality products. We want every customer and recipient to be completely happy with our products and we will do whatever we can to accommodate return requests for our customers.
The items must be returned to us without being washed or used & the items need to be returned to us using the same care of packaging as they had been sent out in. Please note the cost of returning any items is the responsibility of the customer & Babyboxes cannot be liable for any items being returned going missing so please consider a traceable form of posting.
Babyboxes only refund the purchase amount if the items received are faulty eg: rips or holes in the fabric, buttons missing or broken etc. If you do have a faulty item, please contact us on 1300 88 1419 or by email on email@example.com to arrange your replacement or refund.
4. GST Information
To make things absolutely clear we show on your invoice the price before tax; the GST amount; plus the total amount payable.
Illustrations in this web site are for purchasing guidelines only. Manufacturing changes can result in variations to illustrations.
The depiction of colours is as accurate as reproduction allows.
Delivery of illustrated merchandise is subject to availability and babyboxes.com.au cannot be held responsible for delays. Any merchandise in the web site may be discontinued without notice.
