1. Orders & Deliveries
Orders can be placed via our shopping cart on this web site; by email; orders@babyboxes.com.au or by phone: 1300 88 1419
An extra charge may be applied if an incorrect delivery address is provided.
2. Cancellation
Babybox orders can be cancelled up to point of dispatch, but not after the babybox is already in transit.
3. Returns & Refunds
Babyboxes Returns:
At Babyboxes, we strive to ensure every baby box is made to the highest standard & contain quality products. We want every customer and recipient to be completely happy with our products and we will do whatever we can to accommodate return requests for our customers.
If you would like to return a product to be swapped for a different item, you need to return the unused & unwashed items to us or make contact with us within 7 days of receiving the babybox or products.
The items must be returned to us without being washed or used & the items need to be returned to us using the same care of packaging as they had been sent out in. Please note the cost of returning any items is the responsibility of the customer & Babyboxes cannot be liable for any items being returned going missing so please consider a traceable form of posting.
Babyboxes Refunds:
Babyboxes only refund the purchase amount if the items received are faulty eg: rips or holes in the fabric, buttons missing or broken etc. If you do have a faulty item, please contact us on 1300 88 1419 or by email on info@babyboxes.com.au to arrange your replacement or refund.
4. Prices & Payment
The price of items is the current price at time of delivery, unless a specific price has been quoted.
Payment for products online may be made by an approved business account.
5. GST Information
To make things absolutely clear we show on your invoice the price before tax; the GST amount; plus the total amount payable.
